JAG Alliance is a non-profit organization established to bring about an Animal Sanctuary in the Turks and Caicos Islands.  JAG stands for Justice for Animals under God.

The feral/stray dog population is a very big and growing problem for the Turks and Caicos Islands. Lack of responsibility by the government and local people, and lack of laws to protect the animals, has made for an environment that is explosive. Right now, we have stray animals running rampant all over the island, putting residents at risk for bites and disease. This also poses a threat to our tourist industry. A wise person once said to me, don’t tell me the problem unless you have the solution. Well, we have the solution, JAG Alliance Animal Sanctuary.

I am certain that most people have heard of the famous dog whisperer, Cesar Milan. We plan to model his dog psychology center that offers rehabilitation for every dog – A safe place where dogs will receive care, love, training and the opportunity to be adopted into loving forever homes all over the world.

Our Animal Sanctuary will offer state of the art medical facilities, a spay and neuter clinic, a training facility, housing for all the animals, a pool for recreation and a park where the animals can safely run and play. This rescue facility will bring jobs to the people of the Turks and Caicos Islands, and it will also teach people how to love and care for these wonderful creatures. We have veterinarians in the U.S. who have already agreed to donate their time to come here and work in our animal sanctuary. We have students who are studying to be veterinarians who will come to train at our facility. What we need is the help of the British government to bring our dreams to fruition.

Caring for animals requires patience, love, time, money and a lifetime commitment. JAG Alliance is committed to provide these things in an effort to save the animals of this small country. But we can’t do it without your help. If you love animals, please help us reach our goals to build a sanctuary and rescue for these animals. Every penny of your donation, no matter how big or small, will go to help the animals. Don’t think that you can’t make a difference.  If 1 million people gave just $1, we would have enough funding to begin construction tomorrow for the shelter and medical facilities for the rescue. We are also asking the British government to take responsibility and sell us 25 acres of land for $1 per acre to be used for the exclusive use of the rescue.

Dogs in the Turks and Caicos Islands are starving to death every day, and many are dying from disease. The Turks and Caicos Islands is a very dry country, with very little rain most of the year. No rain translates to no water for these stray dogs. With no water and no food, most of them have no chance of survival. They survive the only way they can, digging in trash cans for small scraps of food. We are quite certain that God did not intend for his wonderful creatures to live this way. Every animal, just as every person, deserves a life of happiness, respect and love.  With your help, we can make a difference for these animals.
